As a multi-instrumentalist and educator, I bring to the table over fifteen years of music teaching experience and over twenty years of experience as a professional musician. Both in my classrooms and in my professional career, my greatest passion has been to connect with people through music in order to cultivate creative expression
As a professional musician, I have led bands ranging from jazz quartet to larger soul/pop groups, tentet and more. I have written for, performed on, and produced multiple recordings, including two studio albums with my quartet, Bryan McNamara & Souls’ Calling. Most recently, I have arranged for and toured with the Grammy award-winning New Orleans Jazz Orchestra (a 19-piece big band)
